Environmental geology focuses on natural conditions and the impact of contamination in soil, whether originating from industry, mining, oil storage, waste disposal sites, or major development projects.
Our expert advisors, with formal education in environmental geology and extensive experience, support clients throughout the entire process—from early-phase assessments to final reporting. We carry out environmental ground investigations, collect soil, rock, and water samples, and provide expert advice on contaminated soil and sediments.

Head Energy Geo provides geological consulting services, including comprehensive landslide hazard assessments for steep terrain in accordance with NVE guidelines.

- Landslide hazard assessments, landslide modelling, and mitigation measures
- Rock slope and road cut stabilization
- Hydrogeology and groundwater assessments
- Ground-penetrating radar (GPR) – mapping of unconsolidated deposits and peat

Environmental investigations.
Head Energy Geo carries out environmental investigations with a primary focus on contaminated soil. Sampling is conducted using drilling rig, excavators, or handheld equipment where applicable.
Samples are sent to accredited laboratories, and condition reports are delivered in accordance with current guidelines. When required, we perform risk assessments and prepare remediation action plans and final reports summarizing the measures carried out. Head Energy Geo can also assist with assessments related to the external environment when needed.
